This residence appeared in DesignNJ April/ May issue 2008.
Some curb appeal was all this house needed. New elements added include a standing seam copper roof and gutters. Boxwood adorn the sun porch
which gets a southern exposure but is shaded by mature sugar maple trees. In the spring daffodils explode out of the pachysandra lighting up the
whole front yard. Architectural stone walls line the pea gravel driveway.

At the back of the house right outside the kitchen door is a small mahogany deck. A cement column supports a cedar pergola.
In early spring the pergola is covered with fragrant wisteria blossoms. Above the pergola and off a second floor library is small balcony.
